Myotherapist, Personal Trainer and Functional Movement Specialist

Michael Jephcott is a mainstay of the Fluid Team, joining the East Kew Clinic in 2014.

Michael JephcottHis interest in the sports industry developed from his own successes playing cricket and pennant tennis. Current Batting Coach of Greensborough Cricket Club and Opening Batsman of the A-Grade squad, Michael is also a squad member of the DVCA senior Rep side.

Michael’s knowledge of bowling, batting and fielding mechanics provide him with enhanced skills in assisting those with performance and injury management issues.

He can personally relate with players suffering from past, current and recurring injuries. He has a strong interest in lower back, shoulder, rotator cuff and elbow conditions in athletes.

Following a period working as a tennis coach, Michael completed his studies in Personal Training and Myotherapy.

He has personal experience in training for strength, stability, flexibility and mobility.
