Recovery is probably the most underutilized component of training, yet it can have the greatest effect on whether or not an athlete reaches their goals pain and injury free. We can provide state-of-the-art equipment, normally only available to sporting clubs and top-level athletes, right to the general public. Sessions run for an hour and a half, and include the use of Ice Baths, Far-Infrared Sauna, Pneumatic Pumps and Active Recovery equipment. Bookings are essential. Bring a towel, your bathers and a water bottle with you.

Pre-Event Prep Sessions (PEP)
We run pre-event sessions on request, these sessions are designed to get your muscles in optimum shape for whatever sports event you have coming up. You may have just played the semis and need to get your body ready for the finals, or you might be running a marathon the next day. We can accomodate up to 10 people at a time for our 90 minute sessions, so we can look after your whole team, or half over two sessions.
