Our practitioners have extensive experience working in both a clinical environment and with professional athletes and elite sporting teams throughout Australia.

Mon-Fri & Sun: 8:00am – 9:00pm /Sat: 8:00am – 5:00pm
We run Recovery Sessions in our Athlete’s Lounge for individuals, and small groups of 2 at a time. Perfect for you and your training partner to recover from a particularly gruelling comp, or to prep for that marathon run.
Private sessions are available for sports teams by arrangement.

You’ll find us in between the Optus shop and The Freedom machine
We have 4 treatment rooms for your massage and myotherapy appointments, as well as a fully-equipped gym where our personal trainers can take you through a specially-designed exercise program.
Our Recovery Centre boasts professional-grade equipment – ice baths, contrast bath, far infrared sauna, and a recliner lounge where you relax with recovery pump boots. We also have active recovery equipment such as myo rollers and spin bikes.
Lymphatic Drainage , Pregnancy Massage and Myotherapy is also available.
