If you need a treatment, we’re here for you. There’s a few things you need to know first.

Firstly, if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms or breathing difficulties, if you’ve recently returned from overseas, or if you’ve been in contact with someone who may have the COVID-19 virus, we ask you not to make an appointment until you’ve been cleared by a doctor.

We’re asking everyone to wear a face mask for the duration of their appointments. If you don’t have one, you can purchase one when you arrive for your treatment. Your practitioner will be wearing one too.

When you arrive at the clinic, please visit the bathroom and wash your hands. Your temperature will be taken, and we will ask you to reschedule if it is above 37.8 degrees.

Please note that our operating hours and appointment times have changed to allow for sanitising each room between clients, and to keep foot traffic to a minimum. Your preferred practitioner might not be available at the moment, but they will be soon.

We are only available by appointment only, and won’t be taking any walk-in appointments. This is to allow for thorough screening of all clients before they enter the clinic. And because we will be operating with skeleton staff, we may not be able to return your phone call straight away, so if possible, please book your appointment online here. Unfortunately, the Recovery Centre is still closed. Hopefully we will be able to reopen it soon, but the equipment out in the Athlete’s Lounge will be unavailable for the time being. This includes the Ice Baths, the Far Infrared Sauna, the Recovery Pump Boots, and the Hyperbaric Chamber.
